As of February 1st, 2022, we are not currently accepting new patients from the following insurance networks:

Our network participation can change at any time, so we will inquire directly with your insurance program about coverage. We also work with some PPO insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. In many cases, out-of-network benefits may result in decreased payment to the provider and increased out-of-pocket expense for the insured. If you want to utilize out-of-network benefits for mental/behavioral health care, we can inquire with your insurance carrier about the nature and extent of your coverage.
